RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the overall strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and long-term goals.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team that is passionate about DeFi and blockchain technology.
- Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of operations, including product development, marketing, finance, and compliance.
- Partnerships & Ecosystem Development: Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with key players in the Web3 and traditional finance sectors.
- Investor Relations: Engage with potential investors, ensuring transparency and fostering trust while driving fundraising efforts.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in leadership roles, with at least 2-3 years in the blockchain or DeFi space.
- Expertise: Deep understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized finance, and the Web3 ecosystem.
- Track Record: Proven success in scaling startups, fundraising, and driving strategic growth.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a global team.
