RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the branch, ensuring seamless and efficient workflow across all functions.
- Optimize the use of branch resources, including financial, technical, and human capital, to maximize performance and efficiency.
- Ensure the branch operates in full compliance with local and international regulatory requirements, particularly in relation to cryptocurrency laws.
- Collaborate closely with legal and compliance teams to address and mitigate risks, including AML and KYC protocols.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and ensure the branch’s policies and procedures remain compliant.
- Act as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities, handling inquiries and ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Provide regular updates on branch performance, compliance status, and risk management to senior leadership.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in a management role within the cryptocurrency, fintech, or financial services industries.
- Basic knowledge of blockchain technology, digital assets, and the dynamics of cryptocurrency markets.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience working in fintech as branch manager or similar position.
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency technologies and regulatory frameworks.
- Prior experience engaging with regulatory authorities, particularly in regions like Uzbekistan or similar jurisdictions.
