RESPONSIBILITIES

Tokenomics Design: Develop, analyze, and optimize tokenomic models to align with gameplay and economic goals. Ecosystem Strategy: Create sustainable incentives for players, ensuring a balanced economy within the game. Collaboration: Work closely with the game design and development teams to integrate tokenomics seamlessly. Data Analysis: Monitor and interpret on-chain data to improve token performance and economic stability. Documentation: Draft clear, detailed, and concise tokenomic documentation for internal and external use.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience: Minimum 2 years in tokenomics, blockchain development, or financial modeling. Please provide examples of projects or systems you've worked on in your CV. Analytical Skills: Strong knowledge of economic principles, game theory, and blockchain ecosystems. Highlight relevant experience in your application. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with smart contract platforms like Ethereum, BSC, or TON. Mention specific tools and platforms you’ve used. Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Share examples of successful teamwork in your cover letter. Language: Russian language knowledge is a huge plus. Please mention in your cover letter or additional information section whether you know Russian or not. Web3 Insight: Passion for Web3 gaming and blockchain technologies. Include your thoughts or experience with play&earn projects.
