creative catalyst (crea) is a revolutionary platform leveraging blockchain technology to fund and develop creative projects. we aim to be a catalyst for growth in the creative industry, providing access to funding, resources, and opportunities for talented individuals. creative catalyst (crea) is a hybrid platform combining centralized and decentralized functions. we utilize the crea token for project funding, community governance, and providing exclusive privileges. our goal is to make cryptocurrency accessible and understandable to a broad audience, especially in cis countries.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and develop the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) for the Creative Catalyst web platform.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups reflecting the platform's functionality and design.
- Conduct usability testing and analyze results to optimize user experience.
- Develop a design system ensuring design consistency and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to implement design specifications.
- Create and maintain design documentation.
- Stay up-to-date with current UI/UX design trends.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer for 3+ years.
- Deep understanding of user interface and user experience design principles.
- Excellent proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Experience working with design systems.
- Ability to create clean, modern, and intuitive designs.
- Usability testing skills.
- Portfolio demonstrating successful projects.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Understanding of blockchain technology (a plus).
