RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct analysis and research in derivative markets, including futures contracts Develop and test trading strategies Build economic models for futures on a cryptocurrency exchange Forecast PnL (profit and loss) Monitor and oversee the operation of market-making bots trading according to the developed strategy Perform daily PnL monitoring and analysis to optimize trading strategies Analyze market data and identify opportunities for improving trading performance Prepare reports and presentations with analytics for internal use Support the trading team in making decisions based on research

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or related fields At least 3 years of experience in a similar role Knowledge of financial markets and instruments, including futures and derivatives Experience in building economic models and PnL forecasting Skills in working with algorithmic trading systems and monitoring market makers Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large data sets Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Python, Excel, SQL) Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
