The Open Network Society acts in the interests of the community by supporting initiatives that help achieve The Open Network's mission — put crypto in every pocket. What We Do The growth marketing team focuses on building scalable systems to drive adoption in three key areas: User Acquisition: Strategies to onboard new crypto users through paid ads, KOLs, and large-scale video campaigns. Engagement + Retention: Programs to keep users active within the TON ecosystem. Expanding Adoption: Partnerships that amplify awareness and drive growth for TON and its projects. We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Lead for Turkey to enhance our regional presence and engagement. This role focuses on fostering relationships with local media, influencers, educational institutions, and developers to expand our community's footprint and build strong regional partnerships.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Communicate and collaborate with local thematic media/bloggers to strengthen regional presence. Boost participation at regional meetups for local developers, increasing visibility and engagement within the tech community. Collaborate with regional educational institutions focused on IT technologies and blockchain (such as technical universities and academies) to support educational initiatives and grow the ecosystem. Create content for social media platforms (Twitter and Telegram) for the regional hub to engage the community and align with regional marketing goals. Increase followers and engagement on regional social media channels (Twitter and Telegram) according to established KPIs. Work closely with the global Hubs and Marketing team to align regional strategies with overall TON Society goals. Develop region-specific content to engage local audiences and ensure relevance. Build and maintain relationships with local influencers, partners, and developers Track and report regional growth metrics to inform strategy and optimize marketing efforts. Stay updated on local market trends, cryptocurrency developments, and regional needs.

REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience in marketing, particularly within the blockchain or tech industry Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to engage and influence local audiences. Experience in working with media, bloggers, influencers, and educational institutions. Familiarity with blockchain technologies and cryptocurrency is a plus. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and execute plans effectively. Passion for the blockchain space and a commitment to supporting the TON Society's mission.
