Job Description We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head of Community to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, growing, and managing Tothemoon's global community. You will be the voice of our users, driving engagement and ensuring our community feels supported, heard, and valued.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Community Building: Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage Tothemoon’s global community across various platforms Engagement: Foster a vibrant and interactive community through regular communication, events, and activities Support: Act as the main point of contact for community members, addressing their questions, concerns, and feedback promptly Content Creation: Produce and curate engaging content that resonates with our community, including blog posts, newsletters, and social media updates Feedback Loop: Collect and analyze community feedback to inform product development and improve user experience Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and support teams to align community activities with overall business goals Events: Organize and host online and offline events such as webinars, AMA sessions, meetups, and conferences to strengthen community bonds Advocacy: Identify and nurture community advocates and influencers to amplify Tothemoon’s brand and message Monitoring: Track and report on community metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement

REQUIREMENTS

Experience: Proven experience in community management, preferably in the fintech or digital asset trading space Skills: Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills Knowledge: Understanding of financial markets, digital assets, and the trading ecosystem Tools: Proficiency with community management tools and social media platforms Strategy: Ability to develop and execute community engagement strategies Flexibility: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment with a global team Passion: Enthusiasm for building and supporting a diverse, global trading community
