RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Candidate Management: Assist the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews with potential candidates. Onboarding Support: Help streamline the onboarding process, ensuring new hires integrate smoothly into the team. HR Operations: Maintain HR records, manage schedules, and assist in implementing HR policies and procedures. Communication: Serve as a point of contact for candidates, providing updates and support during the hiring process. Talent Sourcing: Proactively search for candidates beyond TON Jobs, leveraging external job boards, professional networks, and recruitment platforms to find top talent.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience: Previous experience in HR or a related field is preferred. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with a focus on professional and engaging interactions. Organization: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and HR software. Language: Russian language knowledge is a huge plus. Please mention in your cover letter or additional information section whether you know Russian or not. Web3 Knowledge: Familiarity with blockchain technologies or the gaming industry is a significant advantage. Be sure to describe any relevant experience.
