We are in search of a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist/People Partner to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing administrative tasks while also serving as a trusted advisor to employees and managers. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of HR principles, exceptional organisational capabilities, and the ability to foster positive relationships across all levels of the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field. Proven experience (no less than 2 years) HR Generalist or similar role, with a focus on administrative tasks and people partner work. Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment legislation. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust across all levels of the organization. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity. Fluency in Russian (C1 or above) and proficiency in English (at least B2). Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
REQUIREMENTS
- Administrative Work: Coordinate HR projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and adherence to established guidelines. Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including processing employee data changes. Oversee alternative employment forms and ensure compliance with labor legislation in the relevant country. Facilitate employee relocation when necessary and collaborate with finance and legal departments to optimize strategies and processes for working with vendors and contractors. Recruitment and Onboarding: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to facilitate the recruitment process, from job postings to candidate screening and interview coordination. Conduct new employee orientation sessions and ensure seamless onboarding experiences for new hires. Support the development and implementation of effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and maintain a diverse workforce. Employee Relations: Monitor team dynamics and proactively identify potential issues, contributing to their resolution at the departmental level. Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, offering guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Address employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
