We are transforming the way people engage with cryptocurrencies by seamlessly integrating a crypto wallet, a centralized exchange (CEX) with spot market orders, and SocialFi tools. Our mission is to provide users with a unique and efficient crypto trading and social engagement experience, all within Telegram. As a fast-growing startup, we are looking for a skilled and passionate Product Manager to join our dynamic, remote team and help shape the future of crypto on Telegram.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Product Manager at xRocket, you will be responsible for: Defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for one product inside xrocket platform. Interacting with engineering, marketing and design teams to drive the development and delivery of new product features and improvements. Collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand user needs, market trends, and business goals, ensuring alignment with overall product objectives. Analyzing product performance metrics and user feedback to iterate and improve product offerings. Overseeing the lifecycle of product development, from concept to launch, and managing the product backlog. Prioritizing product initiatives and making data-driven decisions to deliver the highest value to users and the business. Keeping up with industry trends in the crypto, Web3, and Telegram ecosystem to ensure xRocket remains a leader in innovation.

REQUIREMENTS

To succeed in this role, you should have: Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the crypto, fintech, or blockchain sectors. Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency market and centralized exchanges (CEX). Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Russian. Experience working in a fast-paced, remote environment. A solid track record of launching successful digital products, from ideation through to delivery. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and align teams around a shared vision. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). Passion for innovation and a keen interest in the future of crypto and decentralized finance.
