About Bemo Bemo is at the forefront of DeFi development on the TON blockchain. Starting with a liquid staking app, we are rapidly expanding our product range to bring efficiency, utility, and innovation to TON investors, both retail and institutional. We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of key initiatives at Bemo’s production. In this role, you will ensure the seamless delivery of features and projects that drive our growth, enhance our product offerings, and strengthen our market presence in the DeFi and blockchain space.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Planning: Define scopes, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with Bemo’s strategic goals. Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, development, and marketing, to ensure smooth execution. Timeline Management: Develop and manage schedules, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met. Risk Assessment: Identify potential challenges or bottlenecks and implement mitigation strategies. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and align with Bemo’s vision and objectives. Continuous Improvement: Analyze outcomes to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices for future initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience in project management, preferably in blockchain, DeFi, or fintech. Strong understanding of project management methodologies Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams. Proficiency in project management tools. Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach to problem-solving. Familiarity with the TON blockchain ecosystem and DeFi principles is a significant advantage.
