What You'll Do — Design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for ONton's Telegram Mini App. Consider both organizer and participant needs. Translate user needs and business requirements into elegant design solutions. Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions. Gather insights to understand user behaviours and inform design decisions. This may involve user interviews, surveys, and usability testing. Ensure consistency and quality across the platform. Help create and maintain a library of reusable design components. Explore new design trends and technologies, particularly in the Web3 and blockchain space. RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and develop user interfaces for the ONton Telegram Mini App, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience for both event organizers and participants. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize and test design concepts. Conduct user research to understand user needs and preferences, and incorporate findings into design decisions. Maintain consistency with ONton's design system and brand guidelines. Collaborate with the development team to ensure designs are implemented effectively. Stay up-to-date on the latest UI/UX trends and best practices, particularly in the Web3 and blockchain space.
Contribute to product strategy and roadmap discussions, providing design input and recommendations.Translate user needs and business requirements into detailed design specifications. Participate in the ideation and brainstorming of new features and improvements for the ONton platform. Create user flows and journey maps to optimize the user experience. Conduct A/B testing and usability testing to evaluate design effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on design decisions and implementation. Clearly communicate design concepts and rationale to the team and stakeholders. Provide constructive feedback and participate in design reviews. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design documentation.
Research and understand the unique design challenges and opportunities presented by blockchain technology and the TON ecosystem. Explore and experiment with new design patterns and interactions specific to Web3 applications. Consider the implications of decentralization and security in design decisions.

REQUIREMENTS

Proven Experience: 3+ years of demonstrable experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a related field.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design work, including examples of mobile app or web app design.
Design Tools: Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).
User-Centered Design: A deep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.
Blockchain Interest: A genuine interest in blockchain technology and its potential applications, particularly in the Web3 space.

NICE TO HAVE

Experience designing for Telegram or other messaging platforms.
Familiarity with the TON blockchain or other cryptocurrency ecosystems.
Experience designing user interfaces for Web3 applications (dApps, wallets, etc.).
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
A Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred, but not strictly required if the candidate possesses exceptional skills and experience.
