RESPONSIBILITIES

The ideal candidate is a highly organized marketer with deep Web3 experience who is passionate about making a meaningful impact on the growth of TON. The primary goal for this role is to increase active TON users by contributing to the development of scalable systems for growth.

REQUIREMENTS

Work closely with the Head of Growth Marketing to launch new initiatives that will increase the number of active TON users.
Assist in with planning, execution, and optimization of existing growth systems including our content creator leaderboard.
Work closely with our Video Production Lead to execute new video distribution systems and build a footprint on Tiktok, Instagram, and YouTube.
Track, analyze, and report on the performance of growth initiatives, taking responsibility for regular reporting.
Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities, user needs, and new growth ideas.
Support all TON ecosystem major marketing campaigns with tailored growth marketing strategic planning and execution.
3+ years of experience in growth marketing within the crypto or fintech industry.
Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful Web3 growth marketing campaigns.
Expertise and knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and the L1 landscape.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decisions.
Deep understanding of the crypto and blockchain landscape, including new trends and current market dynamics.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environment.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
