RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with our Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO) to execute strategies and achieve partnership goals. Build Partnerships: Identify and establish relationships with potential partners, investors, and other stakeholders to drive growth. Lead Negotiations: Represent Dragon Farm in business discussions and close deals that align with our goals. Market Research: Stay on top of trends in gaming, Web3, and NFTs to identify new opportunities. Collaborate: Work closely with the product and marketing teams to ensure alignment on growth objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Connections: A network of contacts in crypto, Telegram-based projects, or TON is a big plus. Experience: Proven track record in business development, partnerships, or a related field in Web3 or gaming. Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills with a focus on strategic growth and market positioning. Language Skills: A high level of English is required; knowledge of Russian is a plus. Knowledge of Web3: Familiarity with blockchain, NFTs, TMA, TON, and crypto ecosystems is essential. Team Player: Comfortable collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams to achieve goals. Independent Worker: Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
