RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Coordination: Lead the ongoing development cycle of Dragon Farm on Telegram, managing updates, new features, and player feedback to continuously improve the game experience. Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and community managers, to ensure project milestones are met. Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Identify potential risks and create strategies to mitigate them, ensuring smooth project delivery. Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and solutions to ensure alignment and transparency. Quality Assurance: Monitor project quality and ensure deliverables meet both technical requirements and gameplay expectations.

REQUIREMENTS

Project Management Skills: Proven experience in project management, ideally within a tech, gaming, or Web3 environment. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Russian. Organizational Skills: Strong time-management and organizational abilities with a detail-oriented approach. Project Management Tools: Familiarity with tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello for project tracking and task assignment. Technical Understanding: Basic knowledge of development processes, including experience working with developers, designers, and product teams. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to quickly adapt to project challenges and develop effective solutions. Additional Advantage: Experience in Web3, blockchain, or game development is a plus.
