RESPONSIBILITIES

Shape the Product: Work with the team to set a clear vision and strategy for Dragon Farm on Telegram. Know the Market: Research the market and listen to user feedback to keep improving the game. Plan & Execute: Create a roadmap for new features and updates, making sure everything stays on track. Boost Engagement: Collaborate with developers to roll out features that keep players hooked and drive revenue. Track Progress: Keep an eye on key metrics and make decisions based on what works best.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience: 1-2 years in product management, ideally in gaming or Web3. Data-Driven: Comfortable analyzing data and using it to guide decisions. Player Focus: Skilled at gathering feedback and improving user experiences. Great Communicator: Fluent in Russian and English, both spoken and written. Project Tools: Familiar with tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello for smooth project management. Web3/Gaming Knowledge: A plus if you know about NFTs, Web3, or the latest gaming trends. Flexible: Adaptable and ready to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
