Company Overview**:** We are at the forefront of developing Telegram Mini Apps within the Telegram Apps Center, an innovative platform integrating the power of Web3 and DeFi into Telegram. Our mission is to create and scale products that seamlessly merge the convenience of Telegram with the limitless potential of decentralized finance. Position Overview**:** We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with a deep understanding of Web3 and DeFi to lead the development and enhancement of our Telegram Mini Apps. This role involves working closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to create products that delight users while leveraging the latest in blockchain technology.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and execute the product strategy for Telegram Mini Apps, focusing on integrating Web3 and DeFi features. Create and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the overall business goals and user needs. User Experience and Design: Work with designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that enhance the Mini Apps experience within Telegram. Prioritize user feedback and analytics to drive continuous improvement in product design and functionality. Development and Execution: Lead cross-functional teams in the development and launch of new features and products within the Telegram Apps Center. Ensure the timely delivery of product updates while maintaining high-quality standards. Market Analysis and Research: Conduct market research to identify trends in Web3 and DeFi, applying insights to improve and innovate within the Mini Apps. Analyze competitors and stay informed of industry developments to keep the product competitive and relevant. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including developers, marketing teams, and business partners, to ensure product success. Present product plans and progress to leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization.

REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience in product management, with a focus on Web3, DeFi, or related blockchain technologies. Strong understanding of Telegram as a platform and experience with Telegram Mini Apps or similar ecosystems. Experience in managing the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and user feedback to inform product decisions. Passion for decentralized finance and the potential of Web3 technologies. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with smart contracts, decentralized applications (dApps), and other blockchain-based technologies. Familiarity with the Telegram API and related development tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
